Question 1

What areas does Green Boss serve?

Accepted Answer

We work across the Roanoke Valley and out to Smith Mountain Lake: Roanoke, Salem, Cave Spring, Vinton, Hollins, Cloverdale, Daleville, Blue Ridge, Goodview, Bedford, Westlake Corner and North Shore. If you're near any of those and not sure whether you're in range, call and ask.

Question 2

What services do you offer?

Accepted Answer

Outside the house: tree removal, mulching, house washing, fence and deck construction, and concrete work — patios, steps, sidewalks and driveways. Inside and on the structure: home remodeling, roofing, walls, painting, plumbing and electrical work. One crew can carry a project from start to finish.

Question 3

How much will my project cost?

Accepted Answer

Every job is different — a single dead tree is priced very differently from a lot clearing, and a patio from a full driveway. What we can promise is a free estimate and a clear price before any work starts.

Question 4

What are your hours?

Accepted Answer

Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Call (540) 729-0859 during those hours, or leave a message and we'll call you back.

Question 5

Do you offer any discount?

Accepted Answer

Yes — your first house wash with Green Boss is 15% off. Just mention it when you call to book.

Question 6

Do you haul away the debris?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Tree limbs and logs, old concrete, torn-off roofing and remodel debris are loaded out and hauled away, and the site is cleaned up before we leave. If you'd like to keep the firewood from a tree removal, just tell us and we'll cut and stack it.

Question 7

Can you handle a whole remodel, not just one part of it?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Because we do the framing, walls, drywall, painting, plumbing and electrical work ourselves, we can take a kitchen, bathroom or basement from demolition to finished room without handing it off between different contractors.
